Greenwood Events, established in 2003 by Darci Greenwood, is a full service wedding planning, production, and design company. Specializing in weddings all over the Rocky Mountain region and now spreading our wings worldwide, Greenwood Events loves the challenge of new locations and venues and we feel it deeply inspires us and elevates our work each time. Darci, the creative force behind Greenwood Events initially made her way into the wedding world through her boutique-style flower shop. After more than a decade focusing on floral and event design, Darci found herself drawn to full event production and planning. With a background in management of private clubs and hospitality, Darci’s experience working for luxury hotels provides her the knowledge and expertise that creates a strong foundation of success for her clients. Darci draws her inspiration from her love of interiors, architecture, and nature. 

Samantha and Reid are a husband and wife fine art film photography team based in Bozeman, Montana. We began Orange Photographie in 2010 and have since grown it into a thriving, 6-figure business serving clients from all over the world. Consistently published in worldwide publications including Harper's Bazaar, Martha Stewart, and Style Me Pretty, we are passionate about photographing romantic and joyful love stories in unforgettable destinations and preserving cherished memories for generations to come. Our brand is driven by our deep connection to stories: each individual has a different one, and their relationships will always be beautifully unique. Inspired by film photography, traveling, good food, our pup Oliver, and of course, our home in beautiful Montana, we are passionate about making memories with each other and our dearest family and friends. 

Arden has been with Greenwood Events since 2012. Being Darci’s step-daughter, she has grown up in the wedding world, seeing the ins and outs of the business from a young age. She has a vast understanding of all event possibilities, and realizes there is nothing more satisfying than a perfectly executed and beautifully designed wedding. Her strong work ethic and enthusiasm for all things beautiful lend to her keen eye for details and honest interpretations of their client’s vision. Arden’s deep passion and knowledge in food, makes her a key player when planning menu logistics for clients. When Arden isn’t right alongside Darci, you can find her on a ski hill throughout the West, mastering her baking skills, gardening, or planning her next world adventure.

Stacey Foley is the award-winning editor-in-chief of Joy Wed, a fine-art inspired, authentically curated, wedding and lifestyle blog. She is also a brand strategist, personal development & business coach and an internationally published brand stylist. Stacey has travelled all over the world to educate creative business owners on the power of branding, the art of authentic creation and the emotional connection between both. Stacey is joining us to teach you that your business brand is more than just the aesthetic design and identity you put forth. Your brand should be a combination of emotional connection, creative strategy and intentional purpose.
